Refund and Returns Policy
Refund & Return Policy for Prieto E-Comm LLC

Prieto E-Comm LLC is committed to customer satisfaction while protecting product integrity. This policy explains when refunds and returns are granted.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
- the product arrives defective,
- the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery,
- the product is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Used or Opened Products
Products that have been opened, powered on, used, tested, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
Because each console undergoes full functionality testing before shipment, we do not accept used returns.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds based on:
- buyer’s remorse,
- change of preference,
- finding a lower price elsewhere,
- dissatisfaction with game titles included,
- misunderstanding of product features.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the issue:
- If the product is defective → Prieto E-Comm LLC pays return shipping.
- If the product is not defective → returns are not accepted, and no label is provided.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Warranty Period
A 30-day warranty applies to hardware faults only.
Warranty voids if:
- device is damaged physically,
- signs of misuse appear,
- console is opened or modified.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- used devices,
- opened products,
- accessories,
- gift cards,
- digital downloads.
8. Procedure to Request Return
Customer must email:

with:
- order number,
- full name,
- problem description,
- photos (if possible).
9. Processing Time
Refund approval or denial will be issued within 7 business days after the returned product is delivered to our facility.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy anytime without notice.
