Shipping Policy for Prieto E-Comm LLC

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Processing Time

Orders process and prepare for shipping within:
1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($9.99)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the package is shipped.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is lost due to incorrect address entry by the customer, Prieto E-Comm LLC is not responsible for replacement or refund.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once UPS confirms delivery, Prieto E-Comm LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file claims directly with UPS.

8. Damaged Orders

If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours at:

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have shipped.

11. Customs & Duties

Not applicable since we ship only within the United States.
