By accessing this Site, you confirm that:

You agree not to engage in fraud, chargebacks without basis, or unauthorized product reselling under the Priecom name.

3. Product Information

We sell retro gaming handheld devices. Product images, colors, specifications, and descriptions are provided for guidance and may vary slightly depending on manufacturing batches.

All units are tested before shipping to verify full functionality.

4. Ordering and Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce). Prieto E-Comm LLC does not store full credit card numbers.

Prieto E-Comm LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

Shipping is available only within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Shipping carriers: UPS and USPS.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email after dispatch.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable state taxes may apply depending on the delivery address.

We reserve the right to update product pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are NOT accepted if the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the product is defective upon arrival,
  • reported within 7 days of delivery,
  • returned with original packaging, unused, and in new condition.

Change-of-mind returns or price-comparison returns are not accepted.

8. Warranty

Each product includes a 30-day functionality warranty from the delivery date.

Warranty covers:

  • defects in operation,
  • malfunction due to internal hardware issues.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • accidental damage,
  • misuse,
  • modifications,
  • water damage,
  • physical damage,
  • software installs,
  • tampering,
  • drops,
  • loss or theft.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including descriptions, marketing copy, images, branding, layout, and text belong to Prieto E-Comm LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale using our brand, or use of our product images or descriptions for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prieto E-Comm LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • loss of profits,
  • loss of data,
  • or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding purchases or terms shall be resolved through mediation and binding arbitration, located within the State of New York, USA.

Customers waive the right to class action lawsuits.
